I don't know if that's the term but anyway...

I just ordered some bulk wire from Axiom. I want to use banana plugs. I also want to get something that I can solder the wires to. I'd also like to use that shrink wrap for a final cover to keep everything nice and clean. I've done some looking, but haven't come up with the exact setup. This is the closest I can find:

Does anyone know where I can get this setup, except, of course, with banana plugs? Any help would be appreciated.

http://www.radioshack.com/search.asp?cookie%5Ftest=1&find=banana&hp=search&SRC=1&image1.x=32&image1.y=35 or if that session expires.. got to RadioShack.com and search for "banana".

Thanks brenr. I forgot about Radioshack, and I have one of their interconnectors. Some of it looks ok.

Everyone's got a RadShack... I usually use a family run local electronics place - they know me, I know them, they've got solid stuff for reasonable prices (think I pay about $9CDN for 2ft stereo analog interconnects with spring strain relief). If you can find a little dive hole-in-the-wall where the guys look like real techs (buggy eyes, pale as heck) - try them!

As a fellow Winnipeger, could you tell me which place you go to Bren?

Thanks!

Ross Electronic Supply Ltd in St. James between the arena and airport.

The older (oldest?) guy there is Eldon Ross - the owner, the younger, stocky guy is Ian Ross - his son.
