Are the Eggshell White QS-8 surrounds the same as the current version? The ones I just received say they are 8 Ohms, but the current ones are said to be 6 ohms on the website.

A follow up questions: Are they the same woofers and tweeters as the current QS-8s? They seem a little small to hold two 5.25" woofers.

Everything is the same in the white QS8s and we do manage to get both 5 1/4" woofers into that cabinet. The impedance rating on the QS8s was at 8 ohms on the rear labels until we recently changed them to 6 ohms. The QS8 impedance curve reaches its minimum impedance fairly high up in frequency so the amplifier is going to operate like it was an 8 ohm speaker, but it is 6 ohms from the technical interpretation of the impedance curve.
