Kid, using three identical speakers across the front would be ideal if there's room to position the center vertically(don't even think of positioning it horizontally, since when vertical the horizontal dispersion is wider and smoother). Dennis(tharkun)has a setup which includes three M80s across the front.

i totally forgot about the height of these speakers...there isn't enough room to keep them standing in the middle...maybe thats why i was thinking about horizontal orientation.....

any suggestion for the dvd player to go with the system..i was thinking about the famouse oppo player....any thoughts/comments

i think i am gonna order the oppo dvd player......now for the TV....should i go with the DLP or LCD.....any input will be appreciated
