Our generally published impedance rating for the M80 is 4 ohms. I can't actually find the page where you have seen it at 6 ohms. Just to add more confusion to the situation, the M80 is actually a 5 ohm speaker, but since this is not a commonly used rating, we tend to publish 4 ohms.

Actually, at least one of your authorized dealers, AudioShop advertises the M80Ti, VP150, QS8 as all being 6 ohm. It gives erroneous impression to potential buyers.
