I just read on a thread that purchasing Outlaw from Canada might be problematic/costly with regards to lack of warranty, duties taxes etc. Anyone from north of the border purchase Outlaw ? I'd like to get an idea of what the duties & taxes would be.

I swear this is true, and anyone can look him up. I know I sure did when I first moved here 10 years ago because I didn't believe anybody!
