You're in for a few surpises and a hell of a lot more flavor than you're used to from a Guinness. The Chimay beers will be altogether different than you're used to. Don't drink them too cold and try to use a goblet-shaped glass with them. The Arrogant Bastard Ale is very strong and hoppy with a deep reddish color. The Stone IPA is also hoppy with many spicy overtones. It's got an orange hue and is very refreshing on a hot day.  I've never tried Scarecrow Golden Pale Ale, but I can pretty much guarantee it'll be the tamest of the bunch.
