For those that are on road trips in the mid-west, there's a nice brew pub in St. Louis called Schlafly's Tap Room They have a cask-conditined pale ale that is nothing short of a religious experience. Only available on site and pulled with a traditional English beer engine from the cellar. Happy Traveling!

I finally got my two bottles of Stone Old Guardian (limited 2007 edition) from medic8r last night at the Rush concert. I opened one to have with my dinner (fusilli with doctored tomato mushroom sauce). It is downright tasty. I wonder how anyone could cellar such a fine beverage?

My Unibroue 2004s are still going strong. I have no idea if they're better now or not, though...
Picked up a Unibroue 16 the other day, along with another Ephemere and a couple of Piraats. I discovered Piraat awhile back. Pretty tasty stuff, although I don't have a description close to hand.

Yes, Jack, top-notch! Although - in the interest of balance - I must also suggest http://www.beerandhealth.comI had the Unibroue 16 recently, and will echo Peter's bewilderment and Mark's observation that "cellaring" such morsels is just masochism. Although I did manage to save the 6.6.06 Vertical Epic. So far.

The beerandhealth link contains images of "normally hidden skin" -- people at work click at your own risk.
