I'm looking at the RX-V1700 to complete my HT. I can pick up last years model RX-V2600 at slightly better pricing. Now these two receivers seems almost identical with features and performance. Is there any major differences between the two? Help me choose one

Thanks

It's hard to pick... You may also want to consider Denon's, or HK's.
www.audioreview.com is a great place to look.

You can also save tons of cash by buying used.
www.audiogon.com
and
www.canuckaudiomart.ca
are great places to find great used deals. Ebay isn't bad either.

I actually am temporarily using an old Yamaha receiver on my epic80 that I got used for only $120 on canuckaudiomart.
