Nice find, chess. I wonder if the contents will ever be tasted.

That's got to pack a hoppy wallop!
I went to the Capital City Carnival today with my wife and kids. In addition to witnessing my son's first ferris wheel experience and catching a bit of a sideshow featuring a very... flexible... belly dancer, I sampled many good beers:
Shenandoah Chocolate Donut Beer -- not as bad as I was expecting, quite drinkable, but I was glad is was a 4 oz. taster
Gouden Carolus Ambrio -- fantastic, as all the beers I've tasted from them are
Troegenator Double Bock -- by far, the best bang for the buck at the carnival. This one packed an extremely well hidden 8.2% abv behind a smooth, yet full flavor. This one got 5 of my tasting tokens (4 for a pint)
Anderson Valley Brother David's Double -- not a bad approximation of a belgian ale.
Bell's Porter -- a straight ahead porter, done right
I'm missing a few, but I caught the good ones. The carnival was actually pretty dead. I understand from talking to the volunteers that it didn't draw too many on the previous days, either, so I'd guess they have to revisit whether or not to make it an annual event. Hope it happens again.
