I was wanting to know what is currently being used to condition the power coming into your systems? What units are you using? Pros and Cons if any? Online purchase or in store? Recommendations?
Thanks

I dont think there is any advantage to this unless you're living in a really dirty (electricalwise) area with lots of surges and blackouts.

I wouldn't count on those advertisements which claim these power scrubbers will help improve picture quality (if you power is really that bad, you've got bigger issues in your house) but it is good protection against electrical damage during storms and blackouts to sensitive devices.

Kim, welcome. What's being used is the transformer, rectifier and filter capacitors already in the power supply section of the equipment. This furnishes clean DC(rather than the AC which came out of the wall)for use by the equipment. The recommendation is to save your money for something which will give you a significant benefit.
