Got another "golden" email from Noreen today. On the way are my M3s in the Burled Walnut finish. Ordered 'em with my QS8s. For some reason, the M3s and QS8s have always been the two Axiom speakers I've wanted most. Now I've got them both!

Oh, Sean. We hated you before! Ha ha ha. Seriously, though, that's great. What system are these speakers for, anyway?

I don't really have a system for these, yet. I'm planning on a small SET set-up with the M3s. I'm still working on the details.

Really, the deal is that I've never been a big fan of the standard finishes that Axiom offers. When the Vassallo series came out I was stoked, but never got around to saving up enough for the nice finish. Well, when Axiom announced the free upgrade to High Gloss Cherry or Burled Walnut, the wheels started spinning again.

I had to make a great sacrifice for these, though. A decision that still kinda bugs me. More on this later. . .

I bet that you'll love the M3s. My favorites speaker in my two channel systems.

I ordered 2 10-inch subs (UFW and ULW) this weekend to add that little extra to the already great sounds of the M3s.

Bugbitten, according to you signature, that's a lot of M3s you have... Actually, I got that for xmas for my music-loving brother. I had them for a few days at home and was quite impressed by them. Now he calls me every other day to tell me how much he enjoys them! (I wish he would just enjoy them! )
