I need some help...

I set up my brand new VP100 last night and noticed something...I'm having a really hard time hearing dialogue/center channel information now. Prior to the VP100, I was using a JBL N-Center, had the level set at +1 and it sounded great...crisp and detailed. Is this because the VP100 has not been "broken in" or could it be that I have a defective speaker?

Thanks for your assistance,

RJ

Hi RJ;

Thanks for your post. Sounds as though your tweeter was damaged in shipping. I'd recommend returning it. The lack of clarity sounds too pronounced to be a breaking in issue.
