It seems I only buy a new movie when something I think is really good comes out, or I find something I want on-sale. Today wasn't one of those days. I bought "The Lion, Witch, Wardrobe" and "Terminator 2" in blu-ray even though I already had it on DVD, just because I like the blu-ray quality better. They were on-sale for cheap at Target. I wonder how may others waste their money this way.

No I haven’ t seen the series but I have it in my Netfix queue so I will get around to watching it eventually.

I got the Deadwood blu-ray box set when Amazon had it as the daily special. I've seen the entire series (on DVD), really looking forward to going back through it again. Good stuff.

Never Let Me Go

It was okay. Pretty, decent enough story. Still, the overall tone of the movie is one I don't tend to get into. I'm more into throwaway entertainment, and this is one of those ones that aspires to something a little higher. If I wanted to learn something about life, I'd go live it, not sit inside and watch movies all day. Ha ha.
