Tonight I went to see the Mid-Columbia Ballet's production of The Nutcracker, as a friend's daughter was in it and they were generous enough to invite me along AND buy me a ticket. I'll have to buy them dinner sometime. I was impressed with the quality of the sets and the costumes. I figured I wasn't cultured enough to really appreciate what was going on, but my friend's wife was commenting that she liked the choreography of last year's a lot better, that this year's was a bit boring. I hadn't seen The Nutrcracker before, so it was nice to have the experience. I'm sure it would have been even cooler with an orchestra playing instead of just having it played over the sound system.

Oh, yeah, I did watch my copy of The Dark Knight yesterday, and yes, it looks great. The IMAX footage looked very clear indeed. The audio is a great showcase, too. I'm supposed to have people over next weekend to watch it, and maybe another group during the week, even. *prays for EP800s*

Probably watch Zeitgeist or Zeitgeist Addendum on my computer. Strongly recommended if you haven't seen them. Oh yeah, they're free to download also.

Charles, if the subs don't make it, I can always come the following week instead...

I finished watching Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig. The show did get more awesome. I still prefer the first season, but this one did impress me. I'm glad to have both.

Bourne Ultimatum on HBO HD (Tivo). Pretty good, I really like the cinematography. Makes you stay on the edge of your seat.
