Just watched “Caprica” and I think it looks pretty good so far. It’s definitely it’s own show but the one thing it has in common with “Galactica” is and excellent soundtrack that complements the scenes. For the most part it’s pretty concise about it’s story telling with only a little filler and at least so far no annoying (I found them annoying) trips into anyone’s (read Baltar’s) head. I think “Caprica” may appeal more to the Cyberpunk than hardcore scifi fans but I think it’s going to be worth watching.

I love Late Show Fun Facts. Michael Keaton's looking old. Dave is Dave.

Ricky Gervais - Out of England: The Stand-Up Special

I'm still watching it, but I had to mention how playing Peggle earlier has messed with my brain. He has "RICKY" in lights behind him as he performs, and I keep thinking about the angle I would shoot the ball onto the letters to eliminate as much of them as possible.

Funny stuff in the special, too.

I watched the episode of NewsRadio where they're in outer space. Pretty good.

Letterman's got no voice tonight, but he's made up for it by having Jennifer Garner and Elon Musk (of Tesla Motors) on.

I actually liked Manchester Orchestra's performance on The Late Show a lot. I may have to give them a try.

It was really easy to crush on Jennifer Garner, wasn't it?

I really love Letterman. Unfortunately, I only watch one episode a week on average from all the episodes TiVo offers me.

Umm... YES. I was pretty indifferent to her when she was first becoming famous, but I have to say I've come to admire how earnestly she plays her roles, and then seeing her appearances on Letterman, yeah, very easy to crush.

I watched the Caprica pilot a couple nights ago. It pulled me right in and I will definitely be following the series when it airs next year. I'll try to drag my wife into it, too.

I'm making good progress on NewsRadio. I just watched the first episode of the fifth and final season. Phil Hartman passed away before the fifth season, so the first episode was a farewell to his character, and I admit I got a bit choked up. I miss that guy.
