Income tax is illegal and unconstitutional, because it's an unapportioned tax. There's not one law that requires you have pay it, but unfortunately, most people don't know this.

Income tax is illegal and unconstitutional, because it's an unapportioned tax. There's not one law that requires you have pay it, but unfortunately, most people don't know this. If you go with this theory you can expect to spend some time in the penitentiary. It is the law, no doubt about it. Hell, we have state income tax, tax on all good and services, property tax plus the federal tax load.

A nice wish, but, in the US, one's view of tax laws isn't a vaild reason to keep them from sending you to jail. Tax "gurus" who have preached that same message (you DON'T have to pay taxes) here had been sent to prison and lots of their "flocks" as well.

There are many documentaries on the specific topic at hand; specifically Aaron Russo's "Freedom To Fascism". Here's a couple clips from said movie, along with other news clips. Short clip from Aaron Russo's documentary Former on IRS agent and Ron Paul on CNBC IRS commissioner evades the question More on the Federal income tax I will say further that I don't have an income, so I can't pay income tax. I didn't mean to start an argument, I'm just merely stating a fact that should be looked into, before saying it's a pipe dream. And if I lived in the U.S. , no I wouldn't pay income tax, based on what I know.
