Does Axiom provide maching speaker stands for M3Ti? What is the suitable hight? What do I use between top plate of a stand and the bottom of a speaker, spikes?

The recommended stand for the M3 is the CSS 2.
It stands 24" high, and comes with both spikes and rubber feet for use on carpet or flooring, respectively. There are also little rubber feet on the top of the stand which the speaker sits on.
