How should I position 2 speakers ( 2 channel mode ) in order to get a better sound on my room? Should they be side by side, on the sides of the room around the corner or what? Do you guys use zone 2 or 3 or it is better to get a dual channel receiver? Thanks for the help!

The general idea is to create an equidistant setup as possible (although this is much more adjustable now with modern receivers).

The concept of the triangle still remains though since the sound must general come from the same location (e.g. one speaker behind you and the other channel in front won't provide a realistic stereo image, but rather something different).

Thanks for the tip. I will try that as soon as my speakers arrive tomorrow.
