I thought the same thing for the first few episodes of New Girl. I'm enjoying it a lot more now, in mid-season. I think that the writing got better and the actors developed some real chemistry.

We watched Warrior last night. Turned out to be much better than I expected. I picked it up without expectation to watch the MMA scenes but ended up enjoying it as an excellent drama instead. It brought tears to Sharon's eyes on more than one occasion.
If you passed it over thinking it was just another action movie, try it anyways. You will be very pleasantly surprised.

Charles, both "Once upon a time" and also "New Girl" earned our continued viewing.
"Chelsea Lately" on the other hand, seemed like an R-rated formula Disney show. Cancel series.

The King's Speech
I finally got around to watching it. I enjoyed it. It may not have engrossed me as much as I hoped, but it was solid and satisfying. Why did I have to word it like that? In any case, it was worth letting my cousin buy it for me.
I really like Jennifer Ehle's face. It was more awesome in Contagion, but I was glad to see her again.
Timothy Spall, who played Winston Churchill, has been in stuff, but I'll always remember him from the Red Dwarf episode, "Back to Reality."

I liked that movie too. I have been engrossed in Boardwalk Empire for that last couple of days. I hope the sound guys get an award. The dialog is perfectly intelligible.
