Only three posts in the last week for Peter? Either he's gravely ill, under a punishing workload, or on vacation.
Hopefully it's option 3.

I've buried myself (quite voluntarily and eagerly) in a real programming project at work. It's a learning project -- in other words, I'm constantly looking things up and rewriting parts I've written when I find a better way to do it -- so it's been quite engrossing. I've also been bringing the work home. Imagine what I could have accomplished over the years if I'd been only an occasional poster…

Or an occasional Poser ??? And speaking of D&D, I admit I played a lot of it in my high school days. This Video is old but still makes me laugh every time. I swear they guy in the kitchen was one of my buddies. EXACT same behavior but thankfully a different voice.

I read an article about a dinosaur that was dug up by Suncor out in the oil fields recently, an ankylosaur. Apparently digging up prehistoric marine species is common in the area since it was the bottom of the sea at one time. The ankylosaur is a rare find in that region since it's a land animal.

Kind of news. I finally have my first cellular telephone. My parents were already on U.S. Cellular with HTC Desires, so I got the same thing. It's definitely more phone than I need, but I guess I'm treating myself... to a higher monthly bill.
It just seemed like the extra fees kept getting higher on Vonage, then it wasn't emailing me when I had voicemails like it was supposed to (though to be fair, I was too lazy to actually consult with technical support and figure out why), and finally, I've been having network/internet problems lately, and removing the Vonage phone adapter from the chain has seemed to alleviate our woes. Rather than trying to resolve it, I decided to go ahead and take it as a sign I should get a cell phone.
Can someone remind me where the thread is on must-have Android apps? Also, is OtterBox the way to go for protective cover? My cousin seems to like them a lot.
In other news, I got a ButtKicker LFE Kit. I'm going to have work at fine-tuning it, but I do appreciate the extra impact it imparts.

Wait, you just got your first cell phone? Congrats on holding off on an electronic leash for that long! I don't own an android so can't comment on apps specific to their phones. I was looking for the iPhone app post earlier today and couldn't find it...
