Here's a quick thank you to Amie (and the other Amie; my aplogies, I didn't get your last name) for so quickly tending to my difficulty with the floor spikes for my M60s.
The threaded rods into which the spikes are intended to be screwed were set too high in the cabinets, and contact could not be made. I used the rubber feet for a couple of months, but they were never stable enough for my liking (and surely not stable enough for my two-and-a-half year-old niece!!).
The new spikes arrived at my door within 24 hours of my e-mail, and are exactly what I needed.
My hat is tipped once again to the great cutomer service department at Axiom (the speakers are no slouches, either!).
