I do about 60% HT, 40% Stereo
Have an existing AV receiver (specs follow) and an existing high quality 250 W, 12 in. sub.
I would like the system to be as unobtusive as possible in a 750 sq ft room.

What system would you recommend?

Sherwood Newcastle 956 AV receiver.
Power output:
In Stereo mode is 8 ohm, THD .2% 2 X 120 W

In Surround Mode, only channel driven
Fronts 8 ohm, 1 kHz, THD .7% 140 W + 140 W
Center 8 ohm, 1 kHz, THD .7% 140 W
Rear 8 ohm, 1 kHz, THD .7% 140 W

Any of our Epic Micro, Mini, Midi, Master, or Grand Master HT Systems will work well with your receiver. Given the power of your sub the Master or Grand Master would be best but they are also the largest of our bookshelf systems and thusly a bit more "intrusive". The sizes of each of the system components are on our website to assist you in your decision. If you would like any further help let us know.
