I am considering M22s for fronts and rears. Which center channel (VP100 or VP150) would work better and why?

Either one of these will work great with the M22s as you will have perfect timbre matching. The VP150 will give you more output and more dynamics. If you are in a larger room and want high output for movies I would suggest making the step up to the VP150.
