I am relatively new to home theater. I purchased the M22 fronts, m2i rears, vp150 and ep 125 sub. How do I set the crossover frequency and the phase control. I have a single sub cable running from the Sony str-de 975 to the sub input

Set your sub's crossover all the way up and set your receiver to 80. The phase will depend on your room and placement. I suggest picking up the Sound&Vision setup DVD.
