I love my system. I have now had it set up for 2 weeks and it surpasses my expectations! I must say I would rate Axiom Audio's performance in meeting my needs from initial planning through product delivery as an A+. Axiom Audio is the only company I've dealt with that has responded to my email questions regarding product selection and delivery professionally and always within a few hours.

The build quality of your speakers is excellent. I bought factory seconds which have no noticeable flaws. I haven't been able to put the M80's and the VP150 through their paces yet since my new Onkyo 875 AV receiver blew up as I was just breaking in your product.

I will forward Axiom some pictures of my install and let you know how it sounds once I get my replacement receiver. I'm anxiously looking forward to hearing how your speakers mate with my custom built in-wall infinite baffle subwoofer I built using four Parts Express IB 15"
drivers.

I just wanted to tell you how incredibly pleased I have been with your customer service/tech support--indeed, it is the finest I have ever experienced of any kind, on-line or off.  From the day I first made an e-mail inquiry regarding the choice of an AV receiver for my M80ti/VP150/QS8/(and future EP500) system, I was amazed by the level of service provided by Jean-Claude.  His reply came within minutes, and was thoughtful, well-informed, and unusually courteous.  We had an almost daily dialogue from that point on, over the next week or so, during which time JC continued to answer questions and give me advice, always graciously--about a type of product Axiom doesn't even sell!  No profit motive, just pure customer service at its best.  I felt as if I were having a live conversation with JC, and that he had nothing more important to do than provide immediate responses to my questions and help me get the best sound from my system. 

I understand your speakers are arguably the best in (or even above) their price range; while I don't have a true audiophile's ear, I do love many kinds of music, as well as movies, and my Axiom speakers sound damn good to me.  What I can say, without qualification, is that I have never been treated so well as a customer.  Jean-Claude has helped you set the bar for every other business out there--keep up the good work!

I had a pair of M22s for about 2 years and recently upgraded to M60s from the FO. In between I had purchased a pair of M50s. Loved them all and wished I could have kept all 3 pair. First, customer service--In my role as director of training & QC for a huge commercial construction company, I am probably "extreme" when it comes to what I expect in customer service. I preach this every day to our employees and I expect it but usually don't receive it wherever I go. Not with Axiom Audio. Once again, you receive a 10/10 for focusing on the needs and issues of your customers. You worked with me, told me to keep the 50s until my 60s were ready from the FO and answered all my questions pertaining to whether or not I should even get the 60s over the 50s. You once again modeled the behaviors that I am challenging our employees to model. You're in business to sell product and make money. But your mi!
ssion is to have happy owners who love their speakers!! We do!! What can I say about the 60s that hasn't already been said? Probably nothing. I sit in wonderment sometimes that I get as excited over a set of speakers as I do over the 60s. But I do!!! and so does my wife. And she really doesn't even care. I've waited a couple weeks before sending any feedback to formulate an opinion about my new Axiom speaker system. At this point, I think it's fair to share with Axiom and their prospective customers not only my opinion about Axiom loudspeakers, but also my opinion about the complete Axiom experience.

I decided to investigate Axiom speakers after reading many favorable reviews. I first visited Axiom's website and was pleased to discover that it was a well organized professionally designed web page. Much better than many of your competitors. The web page was so easy to use and full of information I felt comfortable enough with Axiom to take advantage of their 30 day guarantee.

While I was placing my order on line for the Axiom M80ti, M40ti and VP150 I was pleasantly surprised to see a home theatre discount applied to my order.
Automatically getting a discount from a company when I've already made the decision to buy tells me that they are not only interested in the immediate purchase, but rather obtaining a customer for life. Quite a service testimony about the company you've chosen to do business with.

After completing my order on-line, I was concerned about the shipping of my order because I was going on vacation. I placed a call to Axiom and asked about their shipping policy. Once again I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Axiom ships their products FedEx second day air. I asked for my order to be shipped on a specific date and my request was met with no difficulties.

I received my order after returning from vacation on the day promised. At this point, Axiom continued to impress me with their packaging. The speakers are double boxed with generous amounts of packaging material to prevent any possible damage.

After connecting my speaker system, I was anxious to hear how they compared to my Magnepan 1.4s. The Axiom M80ti speakers surprised me with what I call their "soundstage presence", filling the entire room full of music instead of hearing sound coming from boxes. This is a characteristic of the Magnepans I enjoyed so much. This is a tribute to the mid and high range capabilities of the M80tis. I'm also impressed with the quality of low and mid bass, especially since it's being delivered from two 6.5 inch cones. In fact, I turned off my sub to listen to the M80ti bass and depending on the audio track, I notice little bass improvement with having the sub on. To keep it short, the M80tis do so many things well, I don't feel justified in wasting my listening time trying to uncover short falls. They are such a bargain, I almost wish Axiom offered larger more expensive speakers. Be sure and offer me a trade in program once they're developed!
