The Epic Master / 175 system provides a level of sonic transparency and detailed, uncolored musical sound that is unprecedented in a moderately priced home theater system. Intended for average-sized living rooms (2,100 cu. ft. or less) or small dens, bedrooms and dorm rooms, the critically acclaimed M3 bookshelf speakers anchor the Epic Midi system's main channels.
Highly praised by critics and customers alike for their transparent, detailed and neutral music reproduction, the M3s each use a powerful yet precise, 6.5-inch woofer, for greater bass authority than smaller bookshelf speakers are capable of, and a 1-inch titanium dome tweeter. These are the same drivers that the floorstanding M50 tower speakers use for bass, midrange and treble. So it's no surprise that the compact M3 presents tonal balance similar to its larger brethren. To extend the deep bass octaves for powerful orchestral music, jazz, or movie soundtracks, the EP175 powered subwoofer's 10-inch woofer and 175-watt internal power amplifier deliver tight, musical bass with excellent home-theater impact. Solid bass to frequencies below 30 Hz can be expected in typical rooms. Center and surrounds can be wall-mounted or stand-mounted.

The VP100 center channel focuses dialog and is tonally neutral, so it's quite natural on movie speech and musical vocals. The VP100 delivers a seamless blend between center, mains and surrounds, with plenty of depth and a spacious 3-dimensional soundstage. This system also delivers thrillingly detailed, neutral and transparent movie soundtrack and music playback from DVDs, CDs, and even from those amusing old LPs. The QS4 quadpolar surround speakers each use four drivers to deliver the envelopment in effects and location sounds from Dolby Digital 5.1 channel movie soundtracks as well as the ambient detail in music. Thunder, rainstorms and jungle scenes heard from the QS4s will put you safely in that environment—so complete is the 5.1-channel surround sound envelopment.
Multi-channel musical reproduction is as thrilling and enjoyable as ambient soundtrack effects via DVD-Audio or SACD discs, or even from your CDs processed through Dolby Pro LogicII. You may well re-discover new listening experiences with the Epic Master / 175 system.

"Anybody looking for high quality, very low-cost loudspeakers, should listen to the Axiom's - good luck finding anything remotely as good... I think they are better than any B&W, Klipsch, Infinity, Technics, Bose, JBL and Sony models I have heard in this price range."
-- A. Colin Flood, EnjoytheMusic.com

"I'm really in a state of disbelief because these little... Axiom speakers have no right to sound as good as they do. They are an outright steal for the money!"
-- Doug Schneider, www.Soundstage.com

"The M3 is a remarkable little speaker for a very attractive price. You could even use five or six of them in a home-theater system . I'd call it a winner!"
-- Ian Masters , www.MastersOnAudio.com

"What a difference a set of high quality, balanced and tonally matched speakers makes! Regardless of the source (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital TV broadcast, Call of Duty, and everything from heavily compressed digital music files to true lossless), in material I've listened to dozens of times, I heard nuance and detail I didn't know existed."
-- Chris Vandergaag, Canoe.ca

"The Axiom Epic Master System is an excellent blend of quality and price ; the speakers are compact, the finish is very well done, the performance of the subwoofer and rear speakers is very surprising and the technologies used are exceptional , all for a very competitive price."

You are the best and I don't even know you that well! Your secret is safe with me, not even my dog will find out about it. I received the M3ti's today and I can't wait to hook them up and test drive them. I'm sure I will be as happy with them as I am with VP100. It has been a pleasure doing business with everyone at Axiom Audio. You can count on my future support and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

We absolutely love it!! Within the next few months, I am going to buy two more surrounds from you. Even my wife (I can't tell the difference sort of
person) loves it - she says that the dialogue is now so clear - I agree.

My overall experience with this system purchase from Axiom is excellent. Again, my observations based on this experience are that you aim to please and you deliver. I love the speakers and my expectations were met in full.

For the past 15 years Axiom speakers have been my speaker of choice. They sound more real then another speaker that I have heard and I've heard many. The sound stage is perfect and every sound seems natural.I own the epic series without the sub and still those little speakers perform without any colouration in sound and yet still provide some bass.I really love the quad pole surround speakers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the sound of the M3's and then again by the VP 100. I have just hooked up the QS 4's today, so I really can't say much about them right now. I can't imagine a better speaker out there for the price. I think for an average of $173.20 a speaker for this level of quality is unbeatable. I was concerned that the M3's would not stand up to my Hsu Research MC-1's, but they did. I am very particular about midrange - especially the reproduction of the human voice, and I think this is one of your speaker system's strong points- the M3's and the VP 100 both do this extremely well- there are no tinny or shrill overtones, just the very natural sound reproduction that I would expect of an amplified voice. I have also been pleasantly surprised by the clean sound of the mid-bass from the M3's and their near perfect blending with my subwoofer. I have the crossover set at 70Hz for the M3's ( 90Hz for the rest) and it is a very natural, flat sound. I have decided that I have just about reached the best dollar to sound ratio I could expect for my budget, and if there are better sounding, more expensive speakers out there - I don't want to hear 'em. There was one other thing that did surprise me- it was the heaviness and density of the QS 4's - it's quite impressive.

I purchased a surround set using your M3 v2s, QS4 v2s, and a VP100 v2. But this is not directly related to that. This is just to say "thank you" for being a company that relies on things like customer service, quality, and simplicity to make your way. I previously ordered your "Full Metal Bracket" for my center speaker, but was just recently able to install it. It turned out to be just another PERFECT product. Nothing fancy, just simple, strong, and infinitely adjustable. I will be a proponent of yours for as long as you are in business, and should I need additional HT speakers or what have you, Axiom is my first call. I don't even need to go in to the quality and sound of your speakers, all you have to do is read the reviews. (I do have to say that I went with a Hsu sub that is equally bad-ass, but I wonder if I shouldn't have ponied up for one of yours!) Great work, Axiom. If building brand loyalty is a goal of yours, consider me a loyalist.
