The M80 Full-Range Loudspeakers won a Blue Moon award from 6 Moons.

Axiom's flagship floorstanding speaker is designed for the audiophile who wants it all. This speaker shows off the best of what over 25 years of audio research has proven - you will be blown away by the clarity, detail and stunning dynamics this speaker will add to your listening experience. It has unprecedented tonal range, all in perfect balance: from deep low bass, clear open midrange and extended nuanced treble. You'll hear the click of the castanets, the tinkle of the triangle, and the soul-stirring reverberations of the big bass drums.

"The Axiom M80 speakers were the stars of the show. Their effortless dynamic capability, almost liquid midrange, tight and deep bass, and their uncanny ability to disappear, had me shaking my head in disbelief. Was I really listening to a speaker of such small stature and price?" -- Ray Adkins, Audioholics.com

Dual woofers, dual midranges and twin tweeters - hear it all! That's 6 drivers in each M80 floorstanding speaker - 12 in a pair - for spectacular power handling up to 400 Watts and deep extended powerful bass. From the tight snap of a bass drum to the shimmer of brushed cymbals, the accuracy of this speaker will astound you. The M80 transforms musical recordings into live performances in your living room, and brings definitive realism to home theater.

"While the "giant-killer" tag is overused in audio reviewing, this is one speaker to which it most certainly applies." -- Doug Schneider, SoundStage.com

Jazz, classical, deep pulsing rock, or taut, tight rap - you will rediscover your music collection with the M80s. You'll hear details that used to be buried in the mix - the sound of fingers sliding up and down guitar strings, the quick breath in a jazz rendition, the completely effortless reproduction of male and female vocals that produce natural, smooth sound. The M80s create a three-dimensional soundstage with plenty of depth and width that envelop your whole room in the performance.

"I loved listening to -- no, make that bathing in -- the Axiom's rich low end. That a speaker of this modest cost can produce this kind of bass is nothing short of startling." -- Jason Thorpe, SoundStage

These 4-ohm audiophile speakers will create ultra-clean, high-volume levels in large rooms. The M80s come with supplied rubber feet, rubber feet screws and a wrench for tightening the binding posts. Optional accessories include bi-wirable and bi-ampable dual binding post inputs, metal round feet or metal carpet spikes.

Industry Reviews of the M80 Family

"Excellent bass definition coupled with heretofore unexpected impact, power and panache, all from extremely inexpensive and modestly sized floorstander. . .the M80s may warrant this year's most universal recommendation."
-- John Potis, 6 Moons

"I was impressed at how balanced the M80 v2s sound from top to bottom. There's no discontinuity between the bass, mids and highs. The M80 v2's sound blends cohesively, top to bottom, with no one range dominating another. While the "giant-killer" tag is overused in audio reviewing, this is one speaker to which it most certainly applies."
-- Doug Schneider, SoundStage.com

"Bass response is excellent, tight and extended . . . [The M80] is detailed without being overly analytical, clear and open without being too bright, and presents a soundstage that is both wide and deep.."

Customer Comments about the M80 Family

Below are a few of the many reviews that our customers have been kind enough to send us.

In a nutshell, you wonderful folks at Axiom have increased the quality of my life by a significant degree. I have always loved music and I spend an awful lot of time listening to it. Now there's just more to love. I'm hearing new sounds in music I've been listening to for over 20 years.

Being a drummer, I'm particularly elated at how well percussion is reproduced. For years I'd resigned myself to the notion that in recordings, drums are relegated to the background, shadowed by all the other instruments, and that's where they'll always be. Not anymore. Snares snap, crisp high-hats, reverberating cymbals, the tenor in tenor toms, and a real sweet spot kick from the bass drum. I'm happy.

Then, from Bach to Hendrix, there are the strings. Ok, now you're not budging from your listening chair for the rest of the day. That's because you're right there, live at the recording. I never thought Jimi could sound any better. I'm thinking Ian used Electric Ladyland as a reference when he designed the M 80s.

Another thing that strikes me is the way the speakers reveal the quality of various recordings; the title of an old Clint Eastwood film comes to mind. But that's not your problem.

So, I'm afraid you're not getting these speakers back. And I may have just become an Axiom lifer. Thank you.

JC and all Axiom Audio personnel: I received my pair of Millennium 80 Ti Tower speakers on March 24th/05 at 13:00hrs. At 15:40 I completed cleaning and connecting my system to my speakers and turned it on. 30 years ago I bought my first stereo system, and when I tested it I had this feeling of total amazement and pride. Over the years I replaced certain components and speaker parts, to keep this original feeling I have for my system. In the past few years my speakers just did not satisfy my ears to the quality sound I enjoyed before. So when I decided it was time to invest in replacement speakers, my search led me to Axiom Audio and when I learned that I could get a 30 day trial period to decide if liked them, I said why not. I did not need 30 days to test them. Within 30 minutes after testing all my components, my feelings that I experienced 30 years ago re-surfaced, only this time magnified 100 times! The reviews I have read about your speakers, do not do the justice they deserve. They are absolutely incredible!!! You people deserve the most praise anyone could attain in the audio world. Thank you all for satisfying my listening ears!!!
-- N.M. S., ON

Auditioned B&W6S3 and B&W604S3. Those speakers were not even close to Axiom M80ti. Decided to give Axioms a try. Very detailed and perfectly balanced. Very clean sound. Can be compaired to Vienna Acoustic and other speakers within the price range starting $7,000.00 and above! The customer service is EXCELLENT! Thanks for these great speakers! Own them for 3 month and after 3 month they sound even better.

Speakers arrived in perfect condition. I thought the 50s were good. The 80s are awesome. I will not be sending the 50s back however. I found another spot in my home where they are perfect.  thanks for the great service and top quality products.

I think they beat many speakers of other brands at more than double the price, and that’s saying something with all the competition that there is out there these days. My brother is really happy with them so I’m happy too. So congrats from a pair of satisfied customers. These things rock!

Dear Axiom Audio,
Christmas came early to our house when the M80s arrived. I am rediscovering our entire CD collection, and finding how much I love listening to music on a clear powerful set of speakers. The kids are telling me to "Turn down that music". The entire house sings, I can even hear them clearly in the shower. Here's listening to you,
