Looks great.

How do you find the rear center works with the QS8's being that close together?

Half of communication is listening. You can't listen with your mouth.

Thanks for the compliment. I have found myself using the rear channel less to virtually never. I listen to audio mainly in it's native format which is 5 channel almost all of the time. The few times I have heard the rear channel it was seamless but there were also times when the QS8s outshined them. I have found that the superior enveloping sound of the QS8s are really all I need with the space I utilize and that a 6th rear center speaker is pretty much pointless. I don't really think I will keep it up there much longer.

Just an idea, since the center channel is slightly in the way. Cut a piece of wood (good quality, not plywood) that's an inch or 2 thick that will sit under the TV. Round out the corners. Stain it the same color as the cabinet, so you don't notice it.

The speaker actually sits below the bezel at eye level and doesn't interfere with the picture. It's just difficult to see that with the grainy photo and the angle. Thanks for the suggestion.

My VP150 actually overlaps the bezel of my TV enough that I can't even see the maker's logo, but doesn't block the screen. I prefer it that way, as it gets the speaker as tweeters as high as possible.
