It's 12' 9" at it's widest but the columns bring it down to about 11' 7" and it's about 30' long with a bar and bathroom in the back. Thanks!

That carpet looks very similar to what I had in my theater, prior to the sump pump failing and had to rip out about 15sq ft of carpeting/padding. The new theater has laminate in it, should post pics one of these days.
