Well, I went and did it. After reading all these great posts on the EP500, I just exchanged my EP350 for the EP500. Can't wait to get it. Axiom has the best customer service I have ever seen, the transaction took all of 5 minutes and they are shipping today. Not only that, they are sending me a prepaid label to ship my EP350 back for free. All I can say is WOW!
