Tried your martini last night Tom. Very good. Mixing the Cointreau and triple sect does make a difference. More than I thought it would. I couldn’t find any of that Gala, so I’ll have to try the drink again when I can get to the big city warehouse and find the Gala. – I love excuses to drink.
I liked it so much, I had to have two, but I digressed and changed the mix for number two. I added a half pour of Chambord and deleted the syrup. Quite tasty.
