One of my Axiom colleague's nephews purchased the Pioneer VSX1015 from Future Shop for either $399 or $499. It has MOSFET output devices and drives the 4-ohm Axiom M80s without any trouble. A more recent model, the 1016, has HDMI switching but it lacks the MOSFET output section. Go for the 1015.
