All right, so I was at my heaviest right before starting up DDR again, and I was 167 or 168 lbs. I'm now down to 152, so 15 lbs is pretty good for just adding DDR to my day. I didn't change my diet, but I should really work on that, too. The last time I lost this much weight, it was the other way. I changed my diet but not my exercise regimen. I'm still not where I'd like to be as far as tone, but I've definitely improved, and I certainly feel better. Good stuff.
