I have and ep500 and I think I may have had a bad one from the start, but not for sure. I noticed a long time ago that I had a vibrating noise, but I thought it was the room or something else, but lately I took off the grill and as I played a test tone through it I heard the banging noise or clacking noise. I then put my finger on the rubber outer ring and that fixed the noise and made the subwoofer sound better. I have noticed it had always kinda sounded muddy a little, but since this was my first subwoofer I thought it was normal. Anyway, I was wondering what does it cost to have that fixed or replaced? That is if I am not doing anything wrong. Thanks
