The protagonist leaves California for another state? I think I've read that. The first few chapters are hard to get through, but then it picks up after that.


Our intrepid hero was informed by his superiors just hours before he left to pick up his Uhaul truck that they wanted him to stay in California another week. So, our hero moved and immediately drove back and worked like a dog and has just returned to his new place in Arizona and continues to drag things out of boxes.
