Not sure how this rates on the "Deals Scale" but Warner Brothers is offering "upgrades" for its HD-DVD movies to Blu-Ray for $5 a pop (some boxed sets are a little more). I guess that you don't even have to send in the HD-DVD itself, just the outer sleeve.
