I just purchased a used pair of used M60s and a VP150. Two of the woofers on the 150 are physically damaged. The rubber surround on one of the woofers is slightly pinched. The other surround is fine, but both woofers have some crease-like damage. Looks like things bumped into it.
I have yet to hook it up, but as I have no reference with these speakers, will performance decrease be negligible? I guess I can hook it up and find out...
Worst case scenario, is woofer replacement something a home owner can do or is woofer replacement strictly a factory repair?
