This was posted by Engadget a day or so ago, but I just got to it tonight. An interesting read, especially the last section on the Dolby "sand box" and upscaling 5.1 encoded tracks to 24.1 tracks. If they can already to that, it seems like the PLIIz is just an afterthought, hah.
