If you look at the cabinet design, you can flip it over so it angles upward when sitting flat, you will have to flip the speaker grill cover over, so "Axiom" is not upside down.

In regards to the stand, I guess if the depth dimensions are the same it should work, but you might want to call Axiom to be sure.
