Good news. Just got an E-Mail from Peter. An entire new sub is being sent for my 1st sub that has it's 3rd amp. This is the sub that did not burn out. Also, a new amp is being sent to replace the amp in the new sub I got last month to replace the burned out sub. I'm a little confused, but it sounds like a good thing! ;\)
