We are thinking about finishing the basement and putting in a media room (it will be about 20x14 if all goes as planned). I'll need a projector down there, and was thinking if I am going to get one, maybe I should future proof and get one that does 3D. I wanted to get some thoughts on this. I did a little looking and came across the
Optoma HD66 . I'll have to look more to see which ones are good. Glasses aren't cheap either, then I need a player that can handle it, etc. I may not get all of the other parts to do 3D now, but at least knowing the projector can do it would get that part out of the way.
