My friends Samsung (stunning picture) had a power supply problem, the "clicking issue". A call to the number in the manual led me to a very pleasant lady in the US. She took down the details and sent the details to my local repair shop in Hamilton, Ontario. Withing an hour we got a phone call from them. Three days later the board was replaced.

I know everyone has different experiences but I have to say Samsung's CS was on par with Axioms.

At the bottom of the barrel for bad service has to be Bell, took about 2 years for them to remove my late wife's name from their mailing list. What I had to do could fill a novel.... well maybe a novelette \:\)
