The way I understand it is:
- If you want the VP180 with white/black drivers, there is no problem, they'll send you the black/white and you return the all-white.
- If you want your other speakers to have the all-white drivers, then they need to know your serial number so they can know if there is other components that need to be replaced in order to work with the all-white drivers (crossover maybe?)
