Thanks for that great post, Dean. It makes me a bit more excited about running, that's for sure. I'll never be at your level, but it would be nice to get out there and do some.

If you do take up running be patient and try to stick with it for a while. You might find that it just grows on you. If not you’ll still likely be healthier for trying and it might lead to something you like better such as biking or just hiking. Hiking hills is a good workout itself.
