First of all welcome!

IMO, it depends on the type of music you're listening to, what you are looking for and the $$$ that you want to spend. The M60s will definitely have more bass (bigger cabinet, extra woofer). The M22s should be more pronounced in the mids area if it's what you're looking for and the bass would be handled by your sub. Both setups should sound very nice in your room size.
I would be tented to go with the M22s since you'll have a very capable sub and at this price point they are a bargain.
One thing I would do is consider the QS8s for surround as they should do a much better job at it than the M3s.
