The pemmican I make is dehydrated Buffalo meat mixed with rendered Buffalo fat. I was eating one at the Axiom party at Ian's place and you thought I was eating cake/fudge or something. I've been making these latest batches since the end of November. So far I've made 28 lbs of the stuff with another 7 lbs being finished of today. Then I rest for a week and start again in the new year. I'm not much of a holiday celebrator so today is my house cleaning day.
