You can certainly try it as a single back speaker. I tried it and would say it was better than nothing but paled in comparison even to 2 M22s, not even going to talk about comparing it to QS8s.

Perhaps you could put it in a garage or someplace you would be moving around in so that being in the sweet spot between stereo speakers wouldn’t matter.
