The only way they could sound different is if they were from different mixes. All the formats are completely equal in sound quality. That is to say, they are lossless. Bits encoded from LPCM into TrueHD or DTS-HD MA, and then decoded end up exactly the same as they were before. LPCM just takes more space on disc, and thus can have a negative impact on picture quality. Including three lossless tracks surely took space that could have been used to improve the picture quality.

All three formats are also equal in the number of channels with sampling rates and bit depths. They can do 6 (5.1) channels of 192/24, or 8 (7.1) channels of 96/24.
