My first Axiom speakers were 60's in mansfield beach, I upgraded to 80's a few years after that, I do miss my 60's though. I've always heard the Studio series sound very similar to Axiom speakers, they are based on the same science done at the NRC many years ago. I guess it comes down to price, customer service, looks, etc.
