The 707 wouldn't be a bad buy, but if you could find a good price in Canada on the 709 with Audyssey MultEQ XT, the improved features would be worth paying a bit more. In the U.S. Accessories4less and ShopOnkyo have factory refurbished 709s available for around $400, but unfortunately they can't ship to Canada.
